A reprint or full refund will be issued for any misprinted or production-quality problem. Please contact Kaitlin as soon as possible through Instagram or Email, with a picture of the issue. Returns will not be accepted due to the customization of your order. You will also be responsible for claiming your product when it arrives. Be sure to track your package so it is not stolen or left in bad weather conditions.
